· 1 box Mac & Cheese dinner mix
· 1 carrot chopped small
· 4 hot dog weinnies (low sodium) cut into ½ inch pieces
· 1 package frozen chopped spinach
· 1 cup frozen peas
· 1 plus cups of probiotic organic plain yougurt – 1 or 2%
In a pot of water (no salt) place carrots and weinnies.
Bring to a boil, add noodles – cook well, soft noodles
Drain water, mix in cheese powder.
DO NOT use salt, pepper, butter or milk instead stir in the plain yogurt till creamy consistency
Add frozen spinach, if possible break into 2 or more pieces. Push the chunk(s) of frozen spinach to the bottom of the pot and push Mac & cheese to cover the spinach up.
Sprinkle peas over top and cover on the still warm but off stove burner.
In about 15 to 20 minutes check to see if spinach is thawed, stir and serve with a crunchy topping of dry kibble.
